Sparks Nevada Hometown Christmas Tree & Parade ~ 2008

We had a great parade on Saturday, 6 December 2008 ~ they said there was about 100 participants, it was pretty long, so I believe it.

But first ~ Thank You, Garibaldi, Oregon for the beautiful Christmas Tree you all delivered to us this year!

Here is the tree the day of the parade ~ pre-lighting ceremony.

Our pretty tree all lit up.

This view is looking up the trunk from the bottom…

And right next door is the old Glendale School, where Santa was during the parade.

Now for a few parade pictures…I was standing on the south side of B Street (Victorian Ave) on the ramp along the train display.

Gorgeous tree and I love the Alpaca brigade! If only to be able to be outside and not freeze lol.

Fun photos, thank you for sharing them!
