Sparks, Nevada Snow Plows…WTF?!

Good grief…

While sitting in the front sunroom after getting off of work yesterday, I watched a snow plow going down my street (off of Prater, near an elementary school)…with its plow UP.

Not once, twice, thrice….BUT FIVE TIMES! My street could have been cleaned!

4:48, 4:50, 4:51, 4:53, 4:56 pm.

They can have the plow down on Prater, but turn the corner down a residential street UP GOES THE PLOW! I mean for goodness sakes! You are going down my street to get back to Prater, so put the bloody plow down!

WTF?!

They do the same thing here. Apparently we are not deserving of safe roads. The area across the main drag has houses that cost $400,000 and up, and their streets are *perfect* at all times. It’s infuriating.

It’s not in their job description…..wonder what they would do if the road was blocked and they couldn’t get to Prater?

LOL!! Your post did 2 things. Made me chuckle at the WTF. And reminded me of something that happened years ago.

In our subdivision, come the first 2 inch snow fall, everyone knew who did or did not pay their association dues. The hired snow removal company would lift up the blades at any house not paid. What an embarrassment!! This circus performance only lasted one winter.
