I got a wonderful surprise gift from my sister, who was on vacation in Hawaii with her family the last two weeks.
2 yards of a batik fabric and 4 yards of a lovely oriental fabric with two quilt patterns by Pacific Rim Quilt Company!
Herd of Turtles by Nancy Lee Chong & Janice Lee Baehr, a Two Fabric Appliqué quilt pattern that will be 24″x36″.
Hawaiian Wall Quilt applique quilt pattern, Delicate Beauty ~ Hibiscus, 44″x68″.
Love Pacific Rim’s patterns!
So pretty!
How nice to receive an early Christmas gift. I love Hawaiian applique but I’ve never been brave enough to attempt it. Look forward to seeing the hibiscus quilt done.
Sharon! I’ve never seen them before, they are quite lovely!
Oooohhh…I’m not sure Karen! I will have to call my LQS and ask if they are planning any appliqué classes soon! It sort of scares me.
I agree, Penny! Very pretty.
Those are SO gorgeous! Especially love the hibiscus one! Very nice… 😀
Those are fabulous patterns! I love the Pacific Rim patterns and have done one so far. There are 3 or 4 more of their two-fabric quilts that I want to do as well.
