How I’m spending my “Staycation”….

Two quilt tops are quilted and the binding is sewn to the top ready for hand-stitching!

Another top is sandwiched and ready for quilting…just not 100% sure how I’m going to quilt it.

Almost to the point where I can start a new project!!!

  1. Still drooling over that top quilt! LOVE the pokey dot binding! Eden looks fabulous too… makes me want to get mine out and play!

  2. :). Get a’sewing!

I think I’ve figured out how I’m going to quilt the last one….and I don’t have the courage to use the thread we talked about last night on the white fabric!

  3. Jen says:

Love the quilts! They are amazing. Cant wait to see some more of your creations.

  4. I’m reading lots of references to “staycation” this year, but only out of the US. We’re doing the same. Some years what you need most is to stay home and relax while getting some stuff done. Another factor for us is that the New Years weekend is going to be a really hot one, up to about 36C (which must be close to 100F.) That kind of heat makes camping more uncomfortable than fun.

Hope you’re able to get those UFOs done and onto your Finished Quilts page.
