Red-Breasted Nuthatch

I forgot to share a few pictures I took on the 26th of October. We were at Bower’s Mansion State Park down in Washoe Valley…throwing some horseshoes when a heard a lot of noise up in the trees. Finally spied a wee birdie that acted like a kid hyped up on Mt. Dew. 🙂

Got to tell ya…I was browsing the Ravelry boards and came across someone who lives in Sparks. Small world! I don’t know her name, but her Ravelry ID is spksfroggy. She was born in France, married a guy from the US and is now living in this country.

    BTW, love your little bird.
