QUILT TOPS THAT NEED TO BE QUILTED and BOUND!
Winter Solstice…using Kate Spain’s Solstice fabric and a variation of the crossroads quilt pattern.
Batik Grandma’s Flower Garden – 31 flowers down with 31 to go! (as of 4 March 2013)
Patch quilt top in the making using Nordika. I have 1/4 of it sewn together now.
Very impressive. These and the ones finished. I like all of them but especially the first one here in green and blue. I would like to try something like that.
What are you going to make with the Dresden Plates?
Thank you, Donna!
The green/blue one is mine, all mine! Made for me, in my serentity colors. It’s my ocean/water quilt. It’s an extremely easy block to do. I’ll make up a quick tutorial for you.
As for the Dresden Plates…I’m going to applique them onto 13×13 or 14×14 blocks. I have my GG-Grandmother’s Dresden Plate quilt that she made in the 1930’s.
Well… where is it!! 😀
I love the last one – frames made of squares on white. Right now I am all about scrappy quilts.
I’m out looking for a new machine too but something decent to take to class. I’m leaning toward the Necchi EX30 right now but still looking. Your blog was full of good information.
